Aside from "The Melting Pot Festival", Did you know? Tarlac is also dubbed as  "BELENISMO CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES" by Department of Tourism.




It's a yearly Province-wide Festival that has brought together communities to craft their very own "Belen" designs, usually humongous ones from recycled materials. It is a tourism inspired activity to create livelihood projects from nativity art work! Not only it is picturesque scene, but it also remind us the origin and nativity of our savior Jesus Christ. "This is the most Wonderful time of the year!"

Yup, obviously they're all almost the same, But Victoria didn't just stick to LED lights. Instead they're more on light bulbs and they've also used raw materials in terms of design such as making the well-known "Bahay Kubo" (Municipal Category)

This humongous stuff "Sarimanok Themed" made by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Northern Luzon Command) was featured live on November, 3 2016 at "Umagang Kay Ganda" +ABS-CBN News  hosted by Gretchen Ho.The recycled materials used such as Bamboo, Bilao, and Abaniko. Back to back Grand Champion for past two years. (Non-Municipal Category)
