BREAKING: Former Chief Inspector In Bamban, Tarlac Shot Dead

The Former Chief Inspector of Bamban Police municipality in Tarlac was shot dead inside his red car in Cutcut Bridge Capas, Tarlac around 7:00 am today (April 3, 2017)

Former Chief Inspector Lino Mangrobang  was on his way home to Bamban when he stopped in Capas to break up a skirmish by unidentified man was holding a gun and shoot him, Initial investigation by police showed.

The police Capas is still investigating the case.
