The Tarlac State University celebrates their Lantern Parade.

The beginning of the Tarlac State University started in 1906. The school became a university by virtue of Republic Act No. 6764 approved by Former President Corazon C. Aquino.

Tarlac, City- Philippines, with the TSU organizations showcased their creativeness for making Lightning stuffs and Colorful Lanterns for Parade.The event was held in F-Tanedo Street and in TSU Gymnasium December 9, 2016 (Friday)
