TARLAC, Philippines - Three inmates of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Camiling, Tarlac escaped from detention 10:00 am Sunday, and the sole inmate recaptured held off authorities for four hours as he took hostage a 6-year-old child.
