1-Year-Old Baby Found Dead On A Drainage In Victoria, Tarlac

A 1-year-old baby found dead on a canal in Victoria, Tarlac. The baby was found along the highway of Brgy. San Vicente Victoria, Tarlac.

Resident of town said he was walking on the sidewalk and he was looking for some recycled materials when he found the baby.

He told the other citizen about it and they immediately reported it to authorities.

This is the first time in history report that a dead baby was found in the drainage in Victoria Tarlac.

The Police are investigating the case.
