According to Tarlac Provincial Director Senior Supt. Westrimundo Obinque identified the victim as Laverne Vitug, 51 years old resident of Tarlac City, and  identified the suspect as Atty. Boy de Castro.

Based on their initial investigation, in cockpit arena 6:20 pm today when it failed to pay a bet he had a disagreement.

Now, the shooting buddy of the two in the cockpit and wounded victims who had been drinking at the time of the crime. Tried it yet rushed to hospital but was declared dead as regards arrival.
