Going to Timangguyob Falls in San Clemente Tarlac, 3hrs long drive from Manila to Tarlac City Then you can take a bus from Bus Station (Siesta) going to Pangasinan. Their destinations are usually to Bolinao or Alaminos. Go down in San Clemente Municipal Hall.
San Clemente Municipal Hall to major and alternative jump-off points (13.9km and 15.7km) 45 and 60 min. This requires 4×4 vehicle because the road is muddy, rocky, and steep especially during wet seasons. Get in touch with JM Modomo, the town’s Tourism Officer, at 09272309196 or to check if roads are passable and if a 4×4 vehicle is available for rent. Ask him also about the details if you want to start from the major jump-off area. From there, you endured around 2hrs of a steep up and down hiking. This can be quite challenging but definitely worth a try!
