Binibining Bahaghari aims to uplift the image of LGBT Community. They have feeding program and story telling at Lourdes Day Care Center in Bamban, Tarlac.

Princess Eden Cee Rosario or also known as "CEE" an 18-year-old BS Entrepreneurship at Tarlac State University [base on her Facebook Background] landed as Binibining Bahaghari 2017 title holder and got the minor awards including Best in Swim Suit and Bamban Spa Choice Award was held in Bamban, Tarlac February 11, 2017.
