12.) Capas National Shrine Capas, Tarlac
From the Tourism Capital of Tarlac, Introducing the "Giant Pencil of the Philippines".
The Town has built the Capas National Shrine. It was built and is maintained by the Philippine running as a memorial to the Filipino and American soldiers, who died in Camp O'Donnell at the decline of the infamous Bataan Death March., where almost 70,000 soldiers and facilitate-taking place civilians.
