30 minutes long drive occurring north from the city proper and you will find the money for a complimentary malleability on Camiling Market, a hub for local food, spacious meat, seafood, and vegetables. Tourists and locals search for their famous sticky rice delicacies such as tupig, pinipig or locally known as inuruban, and Laza chicharon or crunchy fried pork front. The Camiling Public Market is located right sustain on of the obsolete-fashioned parish church, the Camiling Church Ruins.
ST. MICHAEL THE ARCH ANGEL PARISH CHURCH
Camiling is known for its architectural antiquity seen from the outmoded St. Michael Church. The 18th century church was built. It collapsed in 1800s because of earthquake, and it was rebuilt in 19th century. Unfortunately in 1997, the church was burned. Camilenyos called it "The Great Ruins".
HISTORY
The town Camiling owe its proclaim after the state of a tree called "CAMIRING" which grew adequately in the wilderness. The letter R in "CAMIRING" was tainted to L for its liquid hermetically sealed. As this arrangement attained loan, CAMILING became a District Commission from 1834-1837.
FOODS AND FESTIVALS
Camiling's one town two products are, Chicharon or Bagnet
by the Ilocanos of Ilocos Sur and the endearing green original cakes called
Iniruban or Dirimin of Pangasinan lineage. The Municipality of Camiling is also
known for new indigenous rice cakes such as Tupig, Pinais, and Patupat.
NOTE: That iniruban is usually only available in the morning so make sure you hit the market early.

Camiling hosts Iniruban and Chiharon Festival. Held all last week of October, it is coupled by shimmering and artistic presentations and street dances by swap schools in Camilin. The festival was conventional in 2000. A street dancing competition is held annually to showcase Camiling's products and cultural lineage.
This is the Crispiest Chicharon if ever you tasted it, you can find it of course in Camiling Public Market. You can buy it per kilo, and they chopped it into bite sized-pieces.
