Senior Police Officer 1 Daniel Bañaga, Tarlac City police investigator, said the two drivers are passed away and one Senior Citizen. The injured persons are not identified.
Bañaga said the collision happened along the San Rafael Highway December 22, 2016 at 3:00 am.
The victims, who came from Manila for fish delivery.
