TARLAC, Philippines: President Duterte visited in Tarlac City December, 11, 2016 5:00pm for a series of events. He will first be at the Northern Luzon Command in Camp Servillano Aquino to attend a situation briefing and talk to about 500 troops. Afterwards, he moves to Robinsons Athletic Field for the 9th Belenismo sa Tarlac Awards Night where he will lead the awarding of prizes to first place winners in the following categories: Community, Church, Monumental, Grand Municipal, and Grand Non-Municipal. The President is expected to deliver a message in both occasions.
Around 30 children holding Philippine flags will welcome President Duterte upon his arrival here at the NOLCOM Main Building.
