Jan Lian Claire Domingo or also known as 'CJ' is the newly crowned as MS. TARLAC CITY 2017 mentor by KFTarlac and Ms. Mikee Garcia. She's the youngest in all 10 candidates. She won 11 minor and special awards worth of cash including Ms. Metro Clark Waste, Ms. Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Ms. Perfect Smile, Ms. Magic Star Mall, Ms. L Square, Ms. BVG, Ms. BHF, Ms. Metro Town Mall, Ms. Kapuso and 100,000 cash for Grand Prize. She's also the title holder of Ms. Silka Tarlac 2016. CJ is 18-year-old BS Marketing Management at Tarlac State University and she's from Brgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City.
