Watch: CCTV Footage Of A Thief In Tarlac City Stole Bike In Just A Minute

Tarlac, Philippines -- Police are reminding riders to put extra locks and alarm devices on their vehicles like bicycle or motorcycle, as thieves are now becoming more resourceful.

Just last Friday (February 3, 2017), it did not take a man more than a minutes to steal a bicycle parked along Pilar Bldg. in front of Tarlac State University.

CCTV footage showed the man pretending he was a costumer and watching the people before he quickly ran away with the vehicle.

The owner of bike Gerald Grant posted in Facebook Group that finally they identified the suspect but not yet the name.

"Magandang araw mga kapadyak. Ito po yung nag nakaw nung bike ko. Ninakaw po yung bike ko noong February 3, 2017 sa Pilar Bldg. tapat po ng TSU. Kung sino man po ang nakakakilala sa kanya o nakabili at nakakita ng bike ko, nakaw po ito, baka masangkot pa po kayo, kaya ipagbigay alam po ninyo agad sa number na ito: 09776717771" he said.
