Attention, Missing!

A 13-year-old boy reported missing 2 years ago from Davao has been seen in Tarlac City.

Arvin O. Bernal was last seen on January 2015.  The neighbor saw the boy outside their home in Davao before he missing. The NBI negotiated for the child's release.

Netizen named Zan Bagalay Tabamo posted his photo on social media, calling for a help and share to make it viral.

The photo, which was posted Yesterday March 9, 2017, has been shared 844 times and counting.

It also has 275 and counting "likes," with 31 people commented.
