Jessa Tiamzon, an 19-year old beauty from Brgy. Cayanga Paniqui Tarlac , was crowned Miss Paniqui 2017 during the Coronation Night held last Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Paniqui Public Auditorium lead by Honorable Leonardo 'Max' Roxas and hosted by Benjamin Alves and Jamie Herrer.

Tiamzon, a Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology, graduating student at University of the Cordilleras bested the 19 other beautiful candidates who vied for the prestigious title and also bagged the Best in Swimsuit,  Best in Long Gown, and People's Choice Award. She won the P100,000 grand cash prize.

Clarissa Isidro from San Juan de Milla was the 1st Runner-up with a P50,000 cash prize and bagged the award of Best in Casual Wear.

Jolly Justo from Acocolao was the 2nd Runner-up and won the P30,000 cash prize.

Pauleen Batac from Coral was the 3rd Runner-up with a P20,000 cash prize.

Jilliane Almonte from Poblacion Sur was the 4th Runner-up with P10,000 cash prize she also got the Miss Photogenic Minor award.
