A man was found inside the house in Sto. Domingo 2nd Capas, Tarlac Yesterday.


Philip Arceo Esguerra who posted the photo of unidentified man said "Meron po siyang pasa tsaka sugat sa mukha at katawan sinubukan po namin siyang pakainin ayaw nya pong gumising." (The man have wounds and bruises on his face and body, we tried to feed him but he didn't want to wake up).
